Satisfaction Guarantee

I am certain that you will benefit from your attendance in our programs. However, if you begin and are not completely satisfied, please notify me by email ([email protected]) within 30 days of commencing the training/coaching. I will then refund the total amount you have paid.

Coaching terms and conditions

These are the terms and conditions that relate to your participation in the Centre For Self Fidelity group coaching program and any one-on-one coaching provided by Cassandra Goodman. The coaching/mentoring/training will be provided by Cassandra Goodman (“I” "us", "we" and "our") and the client is "you".

The Coaching

The coaching aims to facilitate the achievement of your goals and ambitions, through training, conceptual structuring, sharing of experiences and the formulation and monitoring of plans.

As you will appreciate, coaching is not a medical treatment and it is not a substitute for medically prescribed treatment or other therapeutic services (including psychotherapy, counselling, psychology services, therapy or analysis). We may suggest that you seek professional therapy or medical help, if it seems to us that it would be helpful to you.

You will be open, honest and straight-forward in your dealings with us. You should inform us promptly of any changes to circumstances or information on which we have previously relied.

By enrolling in the program you acknowledge that the coaching sessions can be mentally, emotionally and physically challenging. There may be occasions where you feel emotional challenges such as frustration, annoyance or stress. You must make all efforts to ensure that you are in a good mental, physical and emotional condition for each coaching session. If necessary, you shall make the decision not to participate in the event that you are not well enough.

In the "How to Be True to Yourself at Work" program, it is a requirement that you have completed up to (and including) module 8 of the program prior to the coaching session.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

Arrive at each session on time

Turn off your mobile phone and eliminate other distractions during the session;

Take full responsibility for your choices and decisions during coaching; and

Let us know if at any time the coaching is not working as desired and use your best efforts in working with us to resolve any issues that may arise.

Life-time Access

When you purchase programs that are 'life-time access', this entitles you to ongoing access to the program for the full life of the program on the Teachable platform.

We will each take reasonable steps to keep the content of the sessions confidential and private. We may disclose the fact that meetings have taken place and any information disclosed or generated in them if:

You ask us to facilitate or arrange a referral, introduction or meeting;

Such disclosure is required, recommended or requested by law or regulation; or

You expressly or implicitly authorise us to do so.

No Warranties Provided

We make no representation or warranty to you that any of the coaching methods or the sessions will guarantee success for your particular circumstances or that any particular outcome will be  achieved. You will not hold us responsible for the failure (in whole or in part) to achieve any of  your goals, ambitions, objectives or the bringing about of any circumstances. Any warranties or terms that are or might be implied by the operation of law are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permissible at law.

To the fullest extent permissible at law, we exclude any liability arising out of or in connection with the coaching, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) any breach of statutory duty or otherwise. To extent that we cannot exclude our liability, and save in respect of any liability that as a matter of law cannot be excluded or limited, our maximum liability shall be limited (whether arising on contract, tort (including negligence), breach of  statutory duty or otherwise) to the total amounts you have paid us in relation to the coaching under this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permissible at law, you will not hold us liable for any loss, damage or cost, economic or otherwise sustained by you (or any person associated with you) in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress (or other ailment or condition) caused either directly or indirectly in relation to the coaching or training experience

You will indemnify us in respect of any liability, loss, damage, costs and expenses we incur as a result of any claim brought against us in connection with our performance of this agreement and otherwise against any liability, loss, damage, costs and expenses we sustained as a consequence of your default in performance of any of your agreed obligations.

 Intellectual Property Rights

We shall retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights and proprietary rights in any material generated as a result of or in connection with the coaching and this agreement. Nothing we do or say shall constitute any transfer of intellectual property rights, whether in material that exists prior to the commencement of the coaching, is created during the coaching or otherwise.

You shall have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable right to use outputs of the coaching material that we specifically provide to you as outputs for the sole purpose of seeking to achieve the objective to which the output relates. You may not share those outputs with any other person.

We may terminate this agreement and any obligation to provide ongoing training and coaching (providing a pro-rated refund of all fees paid)
